Refund Policy: Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. We would offer to fix any issues instead.
